We are allowed to get maximum altitude of 2900 metres over the sea level in Beskydy\u2026<\/span><\/h2>\n

And this kind of flying is all about getting the maximum altitude because then we are allowed to exchange verticality for horizontality towards to our goal. We are about to utilise thermals quite few times actually and gradually, we will be passing through and over interesting sceneries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just with these gift of the nature, and thanks to sufficient tactics of flight and precise piloting. We will prepare you for safe start<\/b><\/h2>\n

We will put you firmly into the harness and explain to you how to help us with taking off. We will prepare our glider and the rest of the gear. Also we will tell you how to use the sport full HD camera and what are the best way to shoot the whole flight. Then later, we will check you once more, attach you to us and the glider and then we will just wait for the right breeze.<\/span><\/p>\n

Short run, last feeling of the ground and we fly! Landing? Easier than you would thought\u2026<\/b><\/h2>\n

There is always an official landing place underneath every take off. In the end of the flight, we will approach the landing secotr and focus on the last phase of the landing \u2013 touching the ground again. In order to be sure that you will not hurt your ankles during the landing, we will ask you to stretch your legs and put them up to utilise the protector which is under your seat. Cross country flying<\/b><\/h2>\n

is the royal task in paragliding<\/span><\/h2>\n

We love to offer tandem flights on our courses of high-performance cross country flying.<\/span><\/p>\n

The flight with experiences high above the tops of the hills in the Alps is truly fascinating, inspiring and surely unforgettable\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Duration of flight:<\/b><\/p>\n

At least one hour of flying time is the time in which we can reach Lys\u00e1 hora from anywhere in Beskydy. Then, we can of course to continue to fly some more. If you would like to prolong your flight, just tell the pilot. Usually it is not a problem at all as the pilot needs for this type of flight the whole day anyway.<\/span><\/p>\n

When it comes to the the duration of the whole flying trip – it depends mainly on the spot of landing which is either chosen by you or by the pilot. Of course if you land anywhere but the official landing place, you need to get back by a car or a bus which takes from three to four hours (journey back included). If you want to save some time, you can ask for closed circle flight which means that the pilot will fly some sort of triangle and fly with you back to the place where you took off. The duration of the flight is in this case around two hours. <\/span><\/p>\n

Suitable flight conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

We carry out this type of flight with the mild and mid strong wind up to 5 metres per second which of course depends mainly on specific starting site. Depending on your schedule and current weather conditions we choose those flying terrains that are appropriate to the current wind directions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For thermal flights abroad, the most common for us are following:<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Krippenstein (Halstatt lake, Austria),<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bassano del Grappa (Veneto, Italy),<\/li>\n
    • Lijak (Nova Gorica, Slovenia),<\/li>\n
    • Kobala, Stol (Tolmin, Slovenia),<\/li>\n
    • or any other site in the Alps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Demands for the passenger<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • the passenger is suitable for both children and adults; all that matters is you weight which should be from 5 to 115 kg<\/span><\/li>\n
      • for the flight itself, we recommend you to wear high trekking shoe with fix ankle, long trousers and windproof jacket. It is nice to have sunglasses when the sun is shining happily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The flight:<\/b><\/p>\n

        Before the flight itself, there is a short preparation including the instructions for landing. We will adjust the harness to your size and try a little bit of running with the harness. If interested, the tandem pilot will explain you principles of paragliding. Then you will be seated and got a helmet.<\/span><\/p>\n

        After a short running down the hill, you will be flying. You will be seated in front of the pilot, literally in the first row. The flight itself takes roughly from 6 to 12 minutes which depends mainly on current flying condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

        You may shoot your own pictures if you take your camera for flying. However we recommend this option for the thermal flight. It is so much better just to enjoy the view. We offer you to take the pictures or make a video ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Audience<\/b><\/p>\n

        Of course, you may invite your closest to watch you flying directly on start or they may watch the landing.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The number of passengers:<\/b><\/p>\n

        The tandem glider is just for two persons, ie one pilot and one passenger. However, if interested, let us know in advance that you would like to start within a group and we will gather our crew to fly with you all!<\/span><\/p>\n

        How to do it?<\/b><\/p>\n

You will be told the specific date, place and hour of your flight by your tandem pilot who will contact you in advance.
