Mimo to mo\u017ce utrudni\u0107 l\u0105dowanie i zgorszy\u0107 jego bezpiecze\u0144stwo z powodu turbulencji mechanicznych. Do wyra\u017anego wzmocnienia wiatru mo\u017ce doj\u015b\u0107 przez: wyra\u017ane zmiany kszta\u0142tu terenu w g\u00f3rach, termiczn\u0105 aktywno\u015b\u0107 w trakcie dnia, zbli\u017cenie si\u0119 frontu atmosferycznego.<\/p>\n

Gdy pilot znajdzie si\u0119 w silnym wietrze w miejscu, sk\u0105d nie mo\u017ce wylecie\u0107 pod wiatr, odkr\u0119ci si\u0119 (w zale\u017cno\u015bci od kszta\u0142tu terenu) z wiatrem lub bokiem do wiatru i poleci w kierunku gdzie mo\u017ce bezpiecznie wyl\u0105dowa\u0107.<\/p>\n

Gdy poryw mocnego wiatru spowoduje niechciany start, pilot powinien p\u0142ynnie odpu\u015bci\u0107 ster\u00f3wki i pozwoli\u0107 skrzyd\u0142u lecie\u0107.
