The recommended maximum load isn’t set to suprise you but to provide you truly safe impact speed when you’ll have the right square load.
Increased strength is also caused by the strengthened edging. That’s why this model has a little more weight but on the other hand you can breathe easier because it resists more in case you’ll land in trees or on another obstacle.
